Thought I'd go ahead & share what I've been working on today....plus two LOs that I finished up the other day & just haven't posted yet. So, here goes...........
This is an altered playing card which I tunred into a book mark. This is for a challenge over at 'Salt' using the verses from Phil. 4:11-13 about being CONTENT. I know you can't see it here...but the print paper is a snippet from the dictionary & the little bird is 'pointing' to the word CONTENT.
This Birthday card is for Korin's challenge (Inkydoodle) to make a 'Male' card. Again, I used an old playing card & distressed it. The little stamps are from the dollar bin at Michaels.
Wasn't exactly thrilled with this....but, hey....it's done. I rearranged & rearranged....tried all kinds of different patterned paper & different sketches & was just getting SO stressed with these pictures. Not sure WHY really, but anyway....I finally just gave up & called it done!
Ashley took these cute pics of Daniel 'reading' with Jon downstairs at Maw's house. They were looking at Jon's Nintendo Power magazine & he was getting Jon to tell him the names of all the characters. Such sweet moments. ;-)
